Service Description
The HQL is for Maryland Residents only to obtain a purchase, sell, rent or transfer a regulated firearm for home protection. Hybrid Course for Maryland State Police 4-Hour Handgun Qualification License, which includes both an online classroom portion and In-Person Range portion. **YOU MUST SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE BOTH THE ONLINE CLASSROOM AND IN-PERSON (LIVE-FIRE RANGE) PORTIONS TO MEET THE MINIMUM CURRICULUM.** Students must arrive Online on time and be present for the entire duration of class. Virtual Classroom requires ALL STUDENTS MUST USE A DESKTOP COMPUTER OR LAPTOP WITH A FRONT FACING CAMERA AND MICROPHONE. If two people are taking the HQL course together, please be in separate rooms, and each person must have his/her own device. USE OF A CELL PHONE IS NOT PERMITTED.
